1 cup sweet almond oil, light olive or sesame oil may be substituted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup liquid soap

Measure the oil into a medium bowl, then carefully stir in remaining ingredients until mixture is fully blended. Pour into a clean plastic bottle with a tight-fitting stopper or lid. Shake gently before using.

Lemon Lifter Recipe

This combo of essential oils will lift your spirit:

20 drops lemon essential oil
20 drops tangerine essential oil
25 drops neroli essential oil
25 drops lavender essential oil
Place a few drops of oils mixture on a handerchief to sniff, or add a few drops to your bath water.
